Biography:

I began my writing career doing advertising copy for WJPC radio, in Chicago, the sister radio station of Ebony and Jet magazines.  Later, I moved into on-air work at WLTH radio in Northwest, Indiana.  I went on to the Chicago Defender newspaper, where I worked as a general assignment reporter.

"The Awakening of Khufu" is my first novel.  I enjoy writing fiction that entertains, touches the heart and enlightens.  Currently, I'm writing an historical novel on, you guessed it, Ancient Egypt.

I was born in Panola County, Mississippi. My wife, Joyce, and I currently live in Minneapolis-St. Paul Minnesota, the Twin Cities.
